Support Levels
Basic email support is included for all plans. Premium support (with faster response SLAs and phone support) is included in Professional and Enterprise plans.
No Long-Term Lock-in (for SaaS deployments)
Start monthly and cancel anytime if you’re not satisfied (though we think you will be!). Enterprise deployments can be arranged as annual licenses if preferred.
